MACHINE COMPOSITION
With the realization of the HCP-312 Cartoning. we have built an automatic machine whose cost reduces the time of the pay back, while respecting the demands of an increasingly demanding market, in particular for the pharmaceutical / cosmetic market.
This multifunction monoblock machine performs the three canonical operations of opening, filling and closing the cardboard in a continuous cycle within the same structure, whose characteristics have determined the following prerogatives.
- Monoblock machine with lateral introduction;
- Cardboard closure with adhesive tape;
- Compact balcony model with slide for waste recovery;
- Positive transport of the cardboard to optimize the squaring;
- Forced opening of cardboard with opposing suckers;
- Carton magazine loadable on both sides;
- Emptying cycle for product traceability;
- Machine driven by brushless motors and pneumatic interlocks;
- Quick format change: average time 15 minutes.
